COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and a soft malt character. Special Brettanomyces yeast provides added dryness and crisp complexity. For the most satisfying results, store upright in a cold, dark place and enjoy in a proper glass.

Bomber thanks to pintplease.
Appearance : Shiny hazy yellow with big foamy white head. Very nice rocky head.
Aroma : Great chewy and rich brett. Rather spicy. Tropical fruits
Taste : Great brett with big fruity tropical notes. Finish is quite dry and fruity with horse blanket notes. Very light sweetness. Very light tartness.
Palate : Great fizzy carbonation. Not aggressive.
Overall : Wow, much better than the regular version. Big tropical brett all around. A bit too spicy for my taste. Very nice look. This really should be a Wild Ale as the brett is really the main feature here. Very tasty. Think I preferred Boulevard Saison Brett to this. The Boulevard felt a bit more elegant and better balanced.

750mL waxed. Pours a full haze glowing orange with thick, sheen off-white, rocky foam. Excellent pour. Nose is super grassy, fresh, Brett C, saltwater, curaçao, some savoriness. Taste is drained, herbal, dry, salty. A bit papery for me. Palate is dry and drained. Good aesthetic wise. Lacking on fundamentals. Eh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle courtesy of boralyl. Served in a SAVOR wine glass. Bit of a gusher, though not too bad. Nose brings plenty of Brett. Nice earthiness with a touch of cherry and barnyard. Flavor is dry. Love the Brett. Really a nice beer that I'll be seeking out more of. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Orange, hazy beer with a fast gone white head. Very spiced, and very fruity at the same time; citrus and other fruitaromas; Sourish, lactic, fruity and very estery-yeasty flavours. Quite fruit- & gristfilled body, bit refreshing. Finish is a tad cloying, which is oxymoronic for a Brett beer. OK, but I would only drink a small one...

Pours opaque orange with a huge tightly bubbled rocky head with a whipped egg white consistency. Aroma is tart bretty green apple, grapefruit, banana, cherry pie aromatics increase with warmth. Taste has lemon peel, grapefruit, yeasty dough, and a horsey finish. Body is super frothy and effervescent with a long bitter funky farmy brett finish. Overall, very good.

750 ml bottle. Cloudy golden hay color, rocky white head. Dusty hay, light funk, a bit of banana sweetness, peppery, grain, earthy, and light green apple tartness. A pretty good saison, I honestly didn’t enjoy it as much as I should have though.

Beautiful golden sun yellow orange color with a big white head. Aroma is light fruit, leather, funk, tart, crisp. Smells amazing. Flavor is crisp, tart, some good Brett funk playing around in the back. Spicy notes and peppery hints too. Really fantastic beer.

Bottle shared by Marsiblursi I believe. Pours unclear gold with a white head. Bretty and lightly citric aroma with yeasty spicy notes. The flavor has a nice bretty funky base, citric hops, floral and herbal notes, and a solid dry finish. Really well put together. Awesome.
