COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains, producing complex fruity and spicy flavors balanced with hops and a soft malt character.

Pours a rich golden straw color with a lively fizzy foam... The nose has great earthy rustic barnyard notes mixed with citrus, pepper and yeasty spice. The palate is everything I want in a saison... straw earthy yeast backbone with touches of honey, citrus, barnyard tang, and some lingering spice that is balanced beautifully of the floral sweetness in the finish !

Bottle back from Sam Diego shared on Easter. Seemed like an appropriate beer for the occasion. Gusher that I had to hold over the sink for a sec. The beer afterwords was plenty tasty. Lots of earth lightly tart. Light citrus flavors lemon. Finish is tast again. Bordering on a light sour.

Pours bright gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing to coat surface. Funky earth and citrus aromas. Soft with dusty caramel and funk upfront turning to yeast in the medium length finish.

gramity (1301) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 30, 2014
Pours a hazy, orange amber color with a white head and some lacing. Aroma is fruity, banana, clove, bubblegum. Medium to heavy on the palate with soft, creamy carbonation. Flavor is sweet, bready, ginger, clove, more bubblegum, with a nice spicy finish that lingers for a while. Not as good as the Seizeon Bretta, but very nice on its own.

750ml bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with a big, fluffy, off-white head. Aroma of light tart notes, light fruits, hints of spices, pale and light caramel malts, and light floral hops. Flavors all blend well with everything being light in a good way to make a refreshing saison. Average texture. A cool beer.

Bottle. Clear gold with a huge rocky white head and active carbonation. Aroma is fruity and spicy with lots of saison yeast. Taste is fruity, earthy and rubbery. Crisp and bone dry. Solid but not much to it.

Pretty cloudy medium orange pour with eighth inch white head, thin but substantial lacind on the glass. Lots of citrus hops in the nose as well as sour robust raspberry and iron. Soft carbonation, fizzy mouthfeel and dry finish. Flavors of green apple, sour berries, cracked pepper and citrus rind. Very refreshing and light.

On draft at the icelandic beer festival. Terrific beer with citrusy and yeasty aromas that scream farmhouse. As with the seizoen bretta the taste really sticks to your mouth and therefore this has a very long finish.

Light yellow/orange with a nice head. Peppery nose with zest and lemons. Acidic and refreshing. Not as spectacular as the bretta but a fantastic saison nonetheless.

Thanks Nick! Pours an opaque yellow amber color with a large soft white head. Aroma is clove, bananas, spice, and juicy fruits. Taste is peach, pear juice, slight banana funk, and hefe yeast. Good carbonation, juicy saison.

Bottle. Hazy orange-tinted gold with a lively white head. Nice zesty citrus and tropical fruit compliment spicy yeast and soft pale malts. Moderate bitterness in the finish. Very drinkable and tasty!
