COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains, producing complex fruity and spicy flavors balanced with hops and a soft malt character.

Pours a rich golden straw color with a lively fizzy foam... The nose has great earthy rustic barnyard notes mixed with citrus, pepper and yeasty spice. The palate is everything I want in a saison... straw earthy yeast backbone with touches of honey, citrus, barnyard tang, and some lingering spice that is balanced beautifully of the floral sweetness in the finish !

Bottle from Brewfest. Golden with slight haze short fizzy head a little lace. Sweet citrusy pastry aroma with hints of spice. Medium sweet peach and tropical fruit with mild grassy peppery spicy finish. Medium body. Some fruity honey cloy. Very rustic but not necessarily better for it. Excellent flavor, but the rest leaves something to be desired to pull it together.

Pain in the arse waxed 750 and served in tulip: Yep, as expected a very lively pour resulting in a huge fluffy head and outstanding lace. Lots of hayfield, biscuit, flowery hops, touch of lemon tart and faint yeast driven spices. This is very nice way to start the day. Exceeded expectations and glad I did not have this on tap in Denmark.

Bottle, from Vinmonopolet in Valkendorfsgate, Bergen. Pours a hazy pale yellow straw-hued body with a large white head. Nose is pale malts, wheat, citric peel, hay, bretty stable tones and hints of straw, unripe banana and hints of aceton. Taste is straw, wheat, grains, unripe banana, citric peel, hints of pale malts, white sugar and bretty stable notes. Medium body, high carbonation. Not bad, but compared to the rather stiff price this is not really where it’s at for me. Still, a nice beer all in all.

Bottle. Cloudy amber pour with huge foamy head that fades normally to a thick film and leaves great lacing. Huge spicy yeast aroma with some citrus, peach, bread dough, and flowers. Taste is very yeasty as well. Biscuit dough, lemon, peach, flowers, pepper, and light banana. Foamy carbonation but still very soft on the tongue. Interesting saison.

nice soft fruit and spice throughout with just a hint of that classic barnyard funk. had side by side w the brett and this was easier drinking and not as prickly, but I still prefer the bretted version just a touch more.

375 mL bottle poured. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a ton of foam head. Sweet lemon, grains, and floral aroma. Very nice floral, citrus fruit flavor. Medium carb with a mellow grain finish. Exactly what I love about saisons. A ton of lemon and yeast in the finish. Very good beer here.
