COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our organic farmhouse ale is brewed in small batches on a traditional farm brewery as it has historically been made for hundreds of years. This unfiltered bottle of seizoen, with its beeswax seal, is naturally refermented and carbonated with select yeast strains, producing complex fruity and spicy flavors balanced with hops and a soft malt character.

Cloudy blond color, compact head. Mild aroma, some balance of spice and fruit. Smooth mouthfeel, good body, a bit too much yeast in my glass, quite strong bitterness. But well brewed.

Capped 750 from Bine & Vine. Starts with a huge gushing. All over the place. Pours hazy orange gold with an infinite foamy white head. Aroma is earthy with aspects of orange and light pitted fruit. Full bodied. Foamy carb. (foam keeps coming from the bottle). Flavor is very barnyard with lots of light type fruit. Finishes dry and earthy/barnyard. Spicy Belgian. It’s excellent.

We’ve got a gusher...the beer itself is a hazed golden orange color with a very large white head. A nice fruitiness on the nose, mostly tropical fruit type notes. Bread and cracker malts give it some substance and there is a lot of yeast in the aroma as well. The flavor isn’t quite as good as I would hope. It’s somewhat boozy and there’s a little bit of cardboard and metal to it. Still, some grass, fruit, malt, and even a little bit of spice, which are pleasant characteristics.

Light apricot colored pour, fluffy head. I get lots of tropical fruit notes, some roasted lemon halves, yeasty, wheaty, guava, mango. Cool beer and yet another winner from Lodsdon.

Bottle in Mesa. Pours a cloudy, dull orange appearance with a big, fluffy, cran colored head. Big zesty, spicy yeasty, kiwi, tropical fruity, sweet malty aroma. Well carbonated. Orange juicy, very fruity yeasty, pineapple, mango, sweet malty flavor with a somewhat dry finish. A pleasure to drink.

750mL from Bine&Vine. !!<<GUSHER WARNING>>!!Pours a full haze, glowing orange. Towering, massive, rocky, buttermilk head exploding out of the glass and frozen like an ice cream float. Infinite retention. Holy monkey. Nose is thick clover/orange blossom honey, mild Brett C, pineapple, fresh peach, fresh dough. Taste is orange creamsickle, cracker, fresh sourdough biscuit, orange juice, lemon peel. Palate is fluffy, aerated, silky, crackers. Very delicious, delicate, quenching with some density. Alcohol higher than wanted but not noticeable. I really like this brewery and continue to expect great things.

bottle. cloudy orange with a tall-building fine-bubbled white head. has the same orange, lemon, peach and wax as the brett bottling, but lacks the band aid / plastic, mineral / vitamin must and the crystal sugar brashness. soft, creamy, velvety carbonation is the highlight. sadly, the yeast seems to muddle the malt more than accentuate it, and all together it comes across as washed-out. still, quick nice, especially the mouthfeel.
