The cidre has a clear, light golden colour with a medium to thin body. Aroma of ripe apples and apple trees. Taste of red apples, ripe sour apples, leaves and caramel. Fruity-sweet finish with some sticky touches. Okay.

330ml bottle. Pours dark gold with medium carbonation. Aroma is dry and musty apple juice, with a little vanilla. Taste is very dry, musty apple juice. A little twiggy.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2015 75 cl. Clear orange-amber with nice legs and a lasting ring and spit of foam. Smells of earthy, mildly spicy, and mashed-up cooking apples with the peel. Taste is the same. Round body is to the light side but has a slightly bigger mouthfeel than most ciders. Medium-high carbonation is not overdone and provides a pleasant tingle. Excellent balance; not nearly as sweet as most ciders made in the USA, and not as sharply dry as some English ones. Very nice.

Bottle, L03354.
Appearance: Crystal clarity with a golden-amber hue. A quickly dissipating white head appears for a moment.
Aroma: The aroma is mild, but shows off crisp apple with a slightly sweet presence.
Taste: Mildly sweet, a tad watery, but enjoyable. Nice apple flavor, but it quickly vanishes.
Palate: Light and crisp, but a tad flat on how the carbonation hits the tongue.
Overall: This is nothing special, but it’s enjoyable and easy to drink. Very thirst quenching.

Drunken as "Loïc Raison Cidre Breton Brut". 2,32€ for 75cl @ Cora. Cidre starts mild-smooth. A bit watery, tart, not very dry. The mainpart is watery, tart, highly drinkable. nice. The typical nice cidre-apple aroma is nice, but could be a bit more intense. --> nice easy drinkable cider. --> 12/13/11/12

Clear golden yellow with a thin, fizzy, white lacy disappearing head. Smells of an orchard with apples, grass, wood, and sugar. Medium watery body with soft carbonation. Medium to low sweetness of apples. A bit bland. But I did enjoy it. Wouldn’t go to far to find more.
