Light golden with a small head. The aroma has notes of apple and a touch of syrup. The flavour has notes of baked apple with syrup, caramel and a touch of coco nut. It has a nice sweetness and a full body – it’s charming.

33 cL bottle. Pours golden clear yellow with a diminished head. Sweet and deep intense apple aroma. Flavour is extremely sweet and slight chemical. Ends with a slight chemical note and persisting sweet.

Bottle, 4 % abv. Clear yellow with small fizzy head. Simple but pleasant yellow apple aroma, with some yeasty notes. Sparkling mouthfeel, and very refreshing flavour with a moderate sweetness, well backed up by a mild fruity acidity.

Clean blond color, strange mix of big bubbles and fine perlage, the head disappears quickly. Aroma of apple juice with a touch of cider vinegar. Medium sweet taste, some apple juice, light late astringency; a bit drier at the end. Simple.

Bottled, filtered. Pale yellow gold with a small white head. Thin stewed apple cider, lacking much character or body. Perfumed almost false notes throughout as though a flavouring had been added. Harsh finish.
