Bottle 330ml. @ home.
Clear medium orange color with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, ripped apple, overripped apple, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acdic with a long duration, wood, vanilla, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100422]

Bottled. A golden cider with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples as well as a light acidity. The flavor is weaker on the apples, but stronger on the acidity with a dry finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours golden clear yellow with a diminished head. Sweet and deep intense apple aroma. Flavour is extremely sweet and slight chemical. Ends with a slight chemical note and persisting sweet.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear golden with a rough, white head. Lightly tart apple notes in the aroma. Light in body with clean notes of apple and a rather limited acidity. Clean and unspectacular but very drinkable. 311007

Bottled (from K Citymarket Kivihaka, Vaasa). Golden colour, a few bubbles for a head. Aroma is sweet pear, apple and peach along with some ripe fruityness too. Flavour is ripe apples with quite sweet wooden notes as well as some pearlike sweetness. A bit on the sweeter side, but not the sugary alcopop pretending to be a cider.

Bottle in a hotel room in Göteborg. Clear amber coloured with a fast disappearing white head. Fruity aroma of apples, apple juice and apple core. Fruity flavour of apples with notes of apple juice. Dry finish of apples.

Loïc Raison Cidraie, 4% ABV
Clean blond color, strange mix of big bubbles and fine perlage, the head disappears quickly. Aroma of apple juice with a touch of cider vinegar. Medium sweet taste, some apple juice, light late astringency; a bit drier at the end. Simple.

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are tart apples and quite sweet.

Botella. Golden, short tiny fizzy white ehad. Sweet fruity apple aroma, moderate. Mouthfeel is good, lively. Flavour is moderate, sweet fruity and apple like, some vanilla (?)

Light golden with a small head. The aroma has notes of apple and a touch of syrup. The flavour has notes of baked apple with syrup, caramel and a touch of coco nut. It has a nice sweetness and a full body – it’s charming.
