Draught at Ølhallenb Tromsø. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Clear and good looking dark amber bodt. Powerful and yet mild apple pear aroma with a dry note of sour berries. Flavor is more dry than expected and the malt is at the front with grass and straw as the most potent elens, hops bitternes is not too much of a good thing, carbonation is low and the finish is nice dry bitter and long. Well balanced and good.

Near clear apricot orange beer. Off white tight creamy head. Mild aroma, fine citrus, sweet resin, a very inviting blend. Tastes citrusy hops, grass, caramel, dust, straw, bread, mild resin, rubber, syrup, leading to a hoppy fine sweet dusty finish. Feels good, easy, not boring. A very fresh brew. [17ml @Ølhallen]

On tap at Patrick’s. It’s an unclear orange-amber beer with a dense finger thick light beige head. The aroma has fruit caramel, tropical fruits and a metallic touch. Pale malts, a touch of something reminiscent of rye, and a good dash of fruits in the flavor. Moderately bitter. Full body and a pleasant carbonation level. Semi sweet. Some metal in the finish. Nothing impressive going on here, interesting though, except for the metallic touch. 140607

larsga (6816) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 30, 2014
Small offwhite head. Clear deep yellow body. Resiny wooden blackberry aroma, quite faint because of the cold beer. Dry-sweet resiny citric fruity taste with strawy dusty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry resiny gooseberry and citrus aftertaste with dusty strawy toffee and grain notes. Lovely! Highly drinkable, harmonic, subtle, and full of flavour. Minty strawy notes linger. (0.33l draft at brewpub.)
