3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Patrick’s. It’s an unclear orange-amber beer with a dense finger thick light beige head. The aroma has fruit caramel, tropical fruits and a metallic touch. Pale malts, a touch of something reminiscent of rye, and a good dash of fruits in the flavor. Moderately bitter. Full body and a pleasant carbonation level. Semi sweet. Some metal in the finish. Nothing impressive going on here, interesting though, except for the metallic touch. 140607

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Small offwhite head. Clear deep yellow body. Resiny wooden blackberry aroma, quite faint because of the cold beer. Dry-sweet resiny citric fruity taste with strawy dusty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry resiny gooseberry and citrus aftertaste with dusty strawy toffee and grain notes. Lovely! Highly drinkable, harmonic, subtle, and full of flavour. Minty strawy notes linger. (0.33l draft at brewpub.)

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap @ Crowbar. Smells really nice this! It has a light cloudy orange-ish look with a small almost filmy but lacing justice off-white head. Loaded with peachy sweetness and some wood juices. It’s get hints of flowers and citrus as well. I like the aroma, and I like the taste. It has a good amount of bubbles this! Almost lively creamy in the mouth with a soft oily mouthfeel. Really grassy bitter but it has a sweetness that balances it out quite elegant. Grass, papaya, minerals and hoppy fruity peaches in the taste. Super drinkable. I doubt I would cry in I had to drink this a whole evening. Well, of course there’s is a disclaimer in that one, but a really good and tasty pale ale! 16.10.2013
