Light brown weak head. Dark brown colour. Aroma is malty, fruity with citrus and light earthy notes. Flavor is malty too with fruity (ripe apricots and apples) and light roasty tones, ending in a sweet honey accented finish. Medium bodied.

mi aspettavo una belgian un po piu prepotente ma anche qui sia al naso che in bocca c’é poca persistenza e poco corpo anche se poi si lascia bere abb. bene.

On tap at Bir & Fud, Rome. Dark amber with slight head. Certainly very Belgian in character, spicy, clove, coriander with a bitter orange note. Quite drying though rather than sweet, really quite interesting.

Tasted at Villaggio della Birra Festival 2006. Aroma has some slight phenolics without having really interesting notes. Better in the mouth, complex with a good balance.
