Notes from my iPhone. On tap @ Purple Pig. Medium golden, delicate white head. Aroma is lightly perfumey hibiscus with pear. Really nice aroma! Lightly fruity palate (pear, white grape) with floral nuances and a slightly tart finish. Very refreshing, very nice.

Draught at Open Baladin Roma. Pretty watermelon pink with a tall white head. Fruity nose, dry and somewhat restrained, grapefruit and herbs. Tart, tangy flavor, and dry. Sour but lightly so, floral and herbal. Crisp and refreshing, dry, light, and clean. Great.

On tap at Rustico Alexandria. Served in a stange. Pours a somewhat-cloudy medium peach color with a very thin white head that quickly subsides to a thin collar around the edges. The nose carries some nice notes of flowers and perfume with a faint touch of light stone fruits. The flavor takes everything to the next level in a beautiful blend. The floral notes take front stage with a slight earthiness behind in addition to some light, yet fresh, notes of apricot. Perhaps some slight melon notes. Body is really quite nice and delicate with moderate carbonation and a very smooth finish. Just the tiniest bit of chewiness. Overall, a fantastic brew. Well integrated flavors and spice without going over the top.

Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of hibiscus, Saison yeast, and some grain. Poured copper/orange in color with a small, white head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer. Cloudy. Not sparkling. Full of tiny, small, medium, and large-sized particles throughout. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of hibiscus, grain, must, and a hint of tartness. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Soft to average carbonation. Saision yeast, grain, hibiscus finish.

No aroma. Clear orange, thin head. Tart, lemony with a slight orange pulp character. Enjoyable, but timid when chilled. Herbal notes of oregano are more discernible when warm.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2012 Pale golden-wheat colored body. Thin white head. Quickly crashed leaving a thin film and no lacing. Strong floral presence, accentuated by some lemon and orange citric notes, mild spice. Assertive carbonation. Light to medium bodied. Dry finish. Clean. [TAP@Alla Spina]

Draft at Alla Spina in Philadelphia, PA. Pours a dark golden orange color with a one finger frothy white head that quickly settles into a thin ring.  Minimal spots of lace left behind. Slightly floral, earthy aroma with farmhouse funk, subtle hops, citrus fruit and faint peppery spice. Lots of citrus and light fruit with some bready yeast.  As it warms the flowers really stand out. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation and a very nice balance of sweet, earthy and spicy notes.  Lots of estery light fruit notes and citrus along with a subtle, earthy farmhouse quality.  Really sweet but the ABV is well hidden. Subtle hops with lots of fruit sweetness.  Floral notes really stand out but not in a hoppy way. Hibiscus prominent but not in the way of the other notes.  Well balanced and pretty easy to drink.
