Draught at Open Baladin, Roma. Appears a rose colour with small white head. Aroma and flavour of jelly fruit, wheat and sugar. Low carbonation. Sweet yet short finish. Unremarkable.

Tap at Gingerman. Pours yellowy. Tastes of banana, herbal, floral, vanilla, peppery, dough, lemon, and quail egg. Yea I said quail egg mo fo. It’s kinda watery and sweet and not much finish

On draft at Ebenezer’s Pub... Gin Barreled version. Pours a slightly hazy yellow orange with a white fizzy head. Aromas are tart, slight funk with lots of herbal floral qualities. A bit sticky on the mouthfeel.

On tap at Alla Spina. 10 oz tulip glass. Pours red, almost pink, amber with thin head. Nose of a slightly funky saison yeast and fruits – grapefruit, banana. Slightly sour with notes of banana, orange, lemon.

08/03/2012 Open Baladin (tap). Ambrata scarica, limpida, schiuma leggera e poco persistente. Naso molto confuso, cartone bagnato, malto, leggere spezie. In bocca è confusionaria, nota di malto leggera, spezie appena accennato, e finale acidulo, strano. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Molto confusionaria e deludente.

molto particolare fruttato leggero odore di fiori leggermente macerati... colore torbido rosato poca schiuma.. molto fresca e beverina

In assoluto tra le migliori birre mai devuto, si presenta molto fruttata e speziatissima di facile beva. Con questa birra Moreno ha creato un piccolo capolavoro.

esperimento interessante, l’aspetto olfattivo è convolgente cioè fruttato con un filo di eccesso di precezione di lievito, all’assaggio delude un po’ trovo le manchi un filo di corpo, rimane una buona e bevibile birra.
