Non credo di averla capita molto bene; mi sono abituato al leggero lattico del sapore solo verso metà bicchiere. Leggo un tale che ci ha pescato il rabarbaro, può darsi or che ci ragiono; in ogni caso, stramba e non riproverò.

Notes from my iPhone. On tap @ Purple Pig. Medium golden, delicate white head. Aroma is lightly perfumey hibiscus with pear. Really nice aroma! Lightly fruity palate (pear, white grape) with floral nuances and a slightly tart finish. Very refreshing, very nice.

On tap at Rustico Alexandria. Served in a stange. Pours a somewhat-cloudy medium peach color with a very thin white head that quickly subsides to a thin collar around the edges. The nose carries some nice notes of flowers and perfume with a faint touch of light stone fruits. The flavor takes everything to the next level in a beautiful blend. The floral notes take front stage with a slight earthiness behind in addition to some light, yet fresh, notes of apricot. Perhaps some slight melon notes. Body is really quite nice and delicate with moderate carbonation and a very smooth finish. Just the tiniest bit of chewiness. Overall, a fantastic brew. Well integrated flavors and spice without going over the top.

Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of hibiscus, Saison yeast, and some grain. Poured copper/orange in color with a small, white head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer. Cloudy. Not sparkling. Full of tiny, small, medium, and large-sized particles throughout. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of hibiscus, grain, must, and a hint of tartness. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Soft to average carbonation. Saision yeast, grain, hibiscus finish.

No aroma. Clear orange, thin head. Tart, lemony with a slight orange pulp character. Enjoyable, but timid when chilled. Herbal notes of oregano are more discernible when warm.
