Bottle sample at Mondiale 2010. Medium yellow colour with a white head one-quarter inch. Creamy easy mouthfeel. Orange and yeasty aroma. Lace coating as I drink an orange citrus yeasty and spicy melange.A good Belgian pale.

Bottle. Poured hazy golden color with an average to large frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy fruit, citrus hop and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a friend.

333 from Domus Birrae. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Light stone fruit aroma with some grassiness. Med body. Flavor is grassy bitter with some pale malt and wheat? Seems rather lagerish.

draft@Chez Moeder Lambic: hazy orange with a big, fluffy, descending white head that leaves lovely thick lacing on the inside of the glass, taste is bitter with a pungent bitter aftertaste, initial bitterness is very herbal with definite floral elements, lots of those kinds of hops & lots of grass, hay, the yeast presence also slightly goes over into the body, touch of barnyard funk, bitter orange/lemon peel, the bitter aftertaste that kicks in at the finish and lingers on afterwards if bitter herbal, slight floral with some bitter lemon peel, bit of a one-note bitter Belgian but not necessarily a bad one

Draft @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels.

Bottle. Gold bodied with a short, foamy white head. Strong fruity aroma with flowery notes, big yeast and hops. Taste is big fruit notes, spice, dusty yeast, dried flowers, and hop notes. Soft earthiness as well. Body is light-medium with a big, bubbly effervescent carbonation. Ends with more fruit notes, mild spice, powdery yeast, floral notes, zesty hops and malt.
