Draft. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has strong notes of fruits - especially peaches, combined with notes of coriander and yeast. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of coriander and fruits, leading to a dry, spicy, and hoppy bitter finish.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2012 23rd April 2010. Bottle at the Rake (Cellar job courtesy of Rich - cheers mate!). Hazy light gold beer with a few floating bits! Light dry palate. Lagerish malt with an odd but not unpleasant cucumber and lychee taste. Finishes dry and crisp. Original rating 2.8.

31st October 2011
On tap at Open Baladin.
Hazy gold beer, little white head. Softish semi dry palate. Fine carbonation. Creamy malt supports nice fresh orangey hops. Marmalade bitterness. Sweetish finish with stinging carbonation. Nice to taste some hops in Italy!

Hazy golden color. Simple Golden Ale, with some malt flavor, light sour aroma; the flavor is a bit acidic as well, very strong bitterness; dry. Still some work to be done here…

Bottle at GBBF 2013 and drunk at home. Hazy gold lasting white head. Vague esters on aroma.. Very hoppy in the mouth considering the malt structure. So it’s a very hoppy pale ale. Not much of a Belgian Ale more an APA with some slight esters. Still it’s utterly drinkable and lovely. Wow could drink this all day. Black pepper hop on finish is delightful.. I love it.
