Birra ambrata ad alta fermentazione, gusto secco ma deciso con una doppia luppolazione, equilibrata al gusto per l’utilizzo di malto caramellato. La 9 riesce ad accompagnare tutte le portate più strutturate e speziate. Rifermentata in bottiglia Alc. 6,5% in Vol.

Unclear medium orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, a sharp distinct acidic foot sweat from the top of the bottle, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus - orange. Appearance: murky dark amber with mid white , bit creamy off tanned head
Nose: sweet , fruity , malty ,ripe top with leafy-buzzy feel , some hops with alcohol .7-
Flavor/Palate : Grainy , nutty wheat with solid full malted character. Different in quiet way (in good sense),fruity on sweet malts. Very nice brew.
