COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat, durum, barley, oat, red pepper, coriander and bitter orange rind.
Rifermentata in bottiglia Alc. 4,5% in Vol.

Very hazy pale gold beer. Residual white head. Crisp palate. Smoother lagerish malt, a little cream. Nice light sourish fruits, orange, apple and melon. Finishes smooth. Interesting and drinkable.

The bottle is 3 years old
It pours yellow, cloudy, flat, without head. The aroma gains some light acidity that is pleasant. The body is light, with some honeyish flavor, and mild lemony acidity. Refreshing.

750 ml bottle shared by GRM (merci!) at Mike’s, served cold in a tulip glass. 20NO11. MASSIVE GUSH.

App.: Milky orange-yellow with a frail white head. Aroma: Decent funk, citrus, bitter herbs, some faint esters, biscuit malts, yeast, nice enough. Palate: Medium body, fairly lively effervescence. Flav.: Nice funk and bitter herbs, juicy citrus, esters, biscuit, yeast, nice; dry with decent bitterness and an odd bite in the back of the throat.

I liked it. We all suspected some level of infection. Would be interesting to try a fresh, “healthy” bottle...

Bottle. Poured hazy orange color with a large frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate spice & yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. Medium to heavy spice & herb sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.
