3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
In short: A very sweet and somewhat chocolaty big black beer.
How: Bottle 22oz, consumed with some months of age on it, bottle sent to me by mcberko, thanks a lot Matt.
The look: Dark brown almost black body topped by a small tan head.
In long: Nose is chocolate chips cookies and vanilla. In mouth the beer has a medium to full body, lots of small bubbles, a texture that is somewhat creamy but also crunchy at the same time. Taste is on the sweet side. Chocolate cookies, burnt sugars, vanilla extract, crusty brownies, earthy coffee. Overall a much stronger sweetness sensation than I like to get from a mere 7.7% brew. I guess I like Baltic Porters that taste like North-American Stouts, not the case here, this one tastes the way a naturally sweet Baltic Porter should taste like, decent but just not my type of beer. No only am I immature and find this beer name funny but Iím so immature that Iím afraid when I turn 69 I will giggle for an entire year.

Draught at the brewery during Zwickelmania 2014. Nice gentle chocolate Tootsie Rool nose. Medium dark brown color, thin creamy head. Semi-sweet chocolate roasty initial / chocolate cake frosting / tiny bit of acidity and Coca-Cola-like note. Thin-medium body. Gentle stuff.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber. Pours translucent blackish brown with a fading tan head. No lace. Nice aroma of dark chocolate, vanilla caramel, and the taste follows it pretty closely. Not much hop presence but lots of tasty dark malts.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Almost black in color with off white lacing. Roasted aroma with vanilla notes. Palate is slightly sweet with vanilla popping up as well. Solid beer for the baltic porter style.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Deep dark brown body with a touch of an oily tan head that fades fast. Aroma of raisins, pit fruits, alcohol, oak and a lot of malty depth. Medium-bodied; Strong roasted malt flavours with hints of caramel and toffee, but a strong alcohol and pit fruit flavour persists throughout. Aftertaste shows a relatively strong pit fruit and caramelised sugar flavour with a hint of the malt and earth, but this one shys away from most of that. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Belmont Station in Portland, Oregon on 29-April-2013 for US$6.02 sampled at home in Washington on 14-June-2013.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
18-Dec-11 (22-oz bottle: Purchased 17-Feb-11 for $5.49 at Johnís Marketplace in Portland, OR)
If you like a chocolaty beer, this oneís really gonna hit the spot! Itís as chocolaty as any beer Iíve tried, medium-sweet, slightly earthy, moderately roasty, some coffee. The nose is equally chocolaty, smelling like cocoa and fudge, but also a bit earthy. Full-bodied, creamy, and richly textured on the palate without seeming heavy. Carbonation is a bit lower than medium, but this allows the rich and creamy mouthfeel to shine without any interference of prickly bubbles. Medium-dark brown with ruddy highlights, clear in appearance, with an inch of tan head that settles to a wide ring while leaving a fair amount of intricate lacing on the glass. Overall, itís not a complex beer by any measure, but what it does, it does well. It might fall under the "guilty pleasure" category.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Love a beer that smells almost as good as it tastes. Solid baltic porter with a great chocolate roasted malt body that evokes hints of earthy coffee. Ever so slight bitter prevents runaway creaminess, and it all looks damn good too.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber from Belmont Station. Other than the hyperbole of an Atlantic run liner, the label is pretty spiffy. At least I hope so. Pours dark brown with a slight tan head. Aroma of chocolate and dark fruit. Med body. Flavor is chocolate and dark fruit. Not particularly getting heat, but my head is screaming: booze. Not overly sweet like some of the style. The chocolate diminishes and the finish is lightly sweet with raisins and dates. Quite drinkable. To bring in a movie quote: "69 is divine."

Bottle: The aroma consists of cocoa, light vanilla, and a hint of smoke. It pours a dark brown with some faint orange highlights and a one finger khaki head with decent retention. The flavor starts with moderate cocoa and a touch of caramel. The finish has moderate vanilla and just a hint of roast. Itís medium bodied with mild carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel. Overall, itís seems more like a vanilla Porter than Baltic Porter. Regardless, itís pretty tasty.
