Tap @ Lompoc’s Side Bar... Poured a pale, golden/straw hue with a white head. Nose was earthy, grassy, mildewy, and well spiced. Quite quaffable, lots of dirt and root-like spices. Malt was mellow, with a tiny hop leafiness. Ginger, oats, grains in the finish.
