Aroma: Big Bourbon and hops aroma this was aged well.
Appearance: Brown in color, Clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Tons of aromas the hops had mellowed in the barrel the oak and bourbon flavors came out nicely.
Palate: Dry barrel and bourbon finish, with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall: A fantastic brew. This aged well I would like to bottle some and drink this over the years.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at uber. Pours a murky dark amber with a scant tan head. Big sweet vanilla and caramel nose with tons of bourbon. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Sweet cookieish mid palate with tons of vanilla and caramel wrapping into a manhattanesque bourbony finish. Pleasant and drinkable but thank goodness only six four. Would be super cloying if bigger.
