4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 marcus (5010) - Sacramento, California, USA - MAY 15, 2011
On tap at Fredfest. Pours cloudy copper with a decent off-white head and an oaky aroma. The flavor is quite complex with a winey taste and a toffee finish. There is a fruity yeasty side to the flavor from the Brewdolph side of the blend. It all goes well together resulting in a delicious and unique brew.
