Tap @ Lompoc 5Q... Poured near black with a thin, tan head. Mega roasty, big charred malts and burnt coffee flavors. Dark chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla bean sweetness. Dry, mildly bitter finish.

On tap at Horse Brass Pub, pours a dark brown / black with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate malt, oatmeal and toasted malt. Flavour of oatmeal, with subtle chocolate malt notes, slight coffee and a dry chocolatey finish. Medium-bodied with a smooth palate. Very nice.
