3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a deep hazy brown with a finger of eggshell foam that settles out quickly... Aromas of Cheerios, honey wheat bread, smokey wood pulp. On the palate we have a malt bomb but the malt profile remains complex. Chewy wheat bread, toasted pumpkin seeds, fruity yeast and the faintest touches of citrus and hop bitterness keeps the beer pretty clean overall despite its chewy, round mouthfeel it stays palatable and fresh.

650ml bomber pours a reddish brown color with a finger of light tan head that leaves a spotty lacing. Aroma is slightly smoky with some light roasted grains and caramel and some pleasant hops. Taste is caramel malty sweetness with some roasted grain and herbal and citrus hop bitterness. A very unique tasting brew that one will either love it or hate it. I loved it as it is nicely balanced and has that unique taste going for it. Well done.

Draft @ Horse Brass. Pouts dark dark red, white creamy head, lacy lacing. Aromas malty, with some dark fruits, chocolate. Flavor is... Strange. Creamy, chocolate-y, ESB-y, malty. A wierd mix, but good.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Uber Tavern, pours an opaque dark reddish / orange brown with a big beige head. Aroma of caramel malts, toasted malt and brown sugar. Flavour of toasted and caramel malts, toasted nuts and dry bread. Finishes on the dry bready notes. Pretty uninteresting but decent.

Bottle with Carla. Pours dark brown with a creamy off-white foam that disperses to nothing. Smells nicely sweet and bitter with hints of caramel, toffee and mild hops. Tastes lightly roasty with a nice hop kick at the end. Like an India ESB.

22 oz. bottle of the "Special Draft". Picked this bad boy up at the local QFC for $3.99. This beer is dark brown, nearly black, in appearance. It had quite the fluffy head, at first, but now itís thin and wispy. Thereís not really much to the aroma other than some yeast, banana, and subtle smoke. Itís kind of an odd combination, but it works. Wow, the beer has a very unique flavor. Iím seeing a drain pour in my near future. I get a smoke flavor, at first, and then it just falls into something rather nasty. This beer has a rotten vegetable and metallic flavor. Very astringent. Tastes like someone broke open a bunch of herbal capsules and put them into a beer. This isnít good. Fucking drain pour. The texture is decent. Nothing in this beer makes sense.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber. Color is a shade of dark brown with a good inch of chocolate mocha foam. Aroma is milk chocolate, caramel, smoked malts and a little bit of floral hops in the background. Taste begins with a strong shot of light roast coffee, bittersweet chocolate, roast malt and brown sugar. Also some citrus and herbal hops notes at the end. Mouthfeel is mildly creamy with average carbonation and a dry, smoky finish with some hops bitterness. Overall, an enjoyable ASA that tastes a bit like a strong Stout with a hops kick.
