Named after the Willamette hops it’s brewed with, this light bodied, refreshing wheat beer has a pleasant aroma and a clean, crisp taste. It’s straw in color and balanced to perfection. 5.8% ABV

Tap at Fifth Quadrant (NOL) - 07/11/12. Clear mid amber with a thin off white head. Nose comprises pale malts, grain, barley, light touch of fruit - tad on the bland side. Touch of wheat in the taste, pale malts, a little on the sweet/sugary side. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, smooth on the palate. Nothing special.
