Bottle from Oddbins. Colour is ruby red with slightly off white foam/light bubbly head. Nose is really nice. Lots of sherberty citrous grapefruit and lemon, nice malty ruby aromas of barley grain, rye bread, prunes. Taste is malty, prunes, slightly nutty tang, and some dry hop bitterness.

Bottle thanks to Colin. Pours reddish brown with off white head. Nose and taste of Bartlett pear, toasted caramel, grainy malt and light toast. Medium body. Finishes mildly bitter. Soft carbonation.

Unclear - hazy matt medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, orange - citrus, light yeasty, UK yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, orange, zest bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130326]

500ml bottle from Sourced Market St Pancras. Clear russet colour with lasting near white head. Grapefruity hoppy aroma. Now that is a very nice beer. Decent full malts and then a lovely grapefruity hop. Very good bitter.

Bottle @ a work BBQ. The pour’s medium amber with a small head. Nose is caramel, a bit of soft summer fruits. Some berry and fresh baked bread. The taste is golden apple, some honey. A bit of grassy hop bitterness. Smooth caramel finish. Light body, medium carbonation. Overall, pretty solid, approachable stuff.

Nose is caramel, hops, light grapefruit, orange.
Taste follows, hoppy, piney, dank tropical fruits.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, hop bitterness in the finish.
A decent flavoursome bottled beer at 4.2%.
