3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask at the grapes and grain, Crystal palace. Pours a rich dark amber without much of a head, and what little there is vanishes completely. Aroma is light, some bready maltiness and fruit. Medium body, mild carbonation. Cakey, malty with some darker fruits but there is some grapefruit bitterness on the finish. OK.

Bottle. Thanks bigbro. Pours deep red amber with a small, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has caramel, lots of peachy hops, grapefruit, red apples. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, bitter, caramel, lots of peach, grapefruit, piney hops. Long, lingering bitter finish. Lovely.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled 330ml ABM. Deep amber color, creamy white head, lace. Lemon, apricot jam in the nose. Medium-bodied. Fruity, citrusy bitterness, a bit watery palate for this ABV, but tasty. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste-

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Aroma: Herbal and grapefruity hops, some yeast, caramel. Seriously good.
Mouthfeel: Rich body (Very nice!), almost still.
Taste: Very bitter, even for an IPA (Think bitter black olives). Nice tartness underneath, and a solid malt base. Herbs, lemon peel, caramel, resin, strawberry, peach are among its flavours.
Finish: Long, bitter and herbal.
Overall: A flavoursome, hops-first but balanced beer. Two thumbs up.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
330ml bottle at The Camel Pub, Bethnal Green. Creamy, off-white head to an unclear amber coloured body. Fruity aroma with citrus and herbal hops. Mixed taste profile of grapefruits, dusty hops and distant malty sweetness. Nice bittersweet round off. Soft on the swallow. Fine bodied. Pretty good (London 16.08.2013).

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
33cl bottle from Oddbins, Earls Court. A hazy copper pour with a tight cream head; resinous, piney aroma; strongly hopped with a grainy body; and a warming, rounded finish with a touch of spice. A pleasant IPA.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask at the tap room on brewing day. Hmm tasting notes on this one lacking - warm golden colour, thin head, hoppy, bitter but fruity sweet, abv there but drinkable. Nice.
