COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Keg & Bottle; Regular.
Our brand new IPA launching at The Pigs Ear Beer Festival. 3 different malts and 3 different hops join together, inspired by the mystical Shoreditch Triangle lay lines. It will be a new permanent beer for us with the single hop IPAs taking more of a back seat.

Cask Pint at Wibbas Down (JDW), Wimbledon, London in Feb 2014 - Spoons London Brewers Mini-Fest - Deep Golden Amber in colour. Slight off-white head. Good lacing. Very Hoppy; piney resinous hops; good hop bite. Very Fruity; orange and grapefruit citrus. Malty backbone; toasty malts, caramel. Bitter hoppy citrus fruity throughout partly balanced by malty sweetness. Dry bitter finish. Enjoyed this. Very drinkable. Nice English IPA!

@ Good Yarn, Uxbridge. Lovely rich colour. Smells vaguely citrussy. Taste is immediately strong and hoppy. Citrus notes with a thick mouthfeel. Certainly know you’re drinking it.

Tap at Gatehouse Highgate. Aroma is light, doughy, vinous. Very nearly clear in appearance. Full of flavour. Well balanced. A decent kick from the hops but with sufficient added support from malts and sweetness. Not below the expected complexity from 6%

Cask at the brewery tap, amber-red with a clinging coarse head, tropical fruit nose, rich malty-hoppy body, there is nothing that stands out, yet the whole assemblage is so deftly balanced that it’s delicious.
