Very light haze on this amber - gold beer. Good off white head. Palate is light and with fine minerally carbonation. Mild creamy malt base. The Sterling is not too bitter but carries good fruits. Tangy hony-orange with lesser mango and apricot. Finishes smooth with mild minerals. Nicely joined up and very drinkable.

Bottled 24/04/13. A golden coloured beer with a big white head and lace. A flowery hoppy nose with strawberry elements. Quite dry in the mouth. An interesting hop leaning more towards grassy than fruity. Well brewed but a bit dull.

Bottle from Kris Wines. Zesty nose with orange juice, orange zest, cardamom and fairy liquid. Pours a medium gold with a fluffy head and goos lace. Flavour is balanced with the single hop character riding though nicely with notes of citrus, papaya, cheese and earth. Finish is long and dry. Mouthfeel is a little thin.
