Cask; Status uncertain.
Single hop Red Ale with hints of dark fruit, chocolate and caramel. The Galina hop provides a clean bitterness and punget fruity citrus aroma.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Very deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some syrup, mild wood and chocolate. Flavour is some sour wooden notes, raisins, sap, syrup and some slight bitterness. A bit on the sweeter side of bitters.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2011. London brewing company bull highgate galina red 4.5% deepish red. Thin rim of white bubbles. Its not great to be honest. Not much better than home brew. Malts and hops a bit all over the place. Some red fruit. 2.2/5
