UPDATED: OCT 10, 2011 Live addition and rating. Cask at the Bull, Highgate, London on 27th September 2011. Ruby red with off white foam ring that decays without a lace. Rather strong yeasty aroma with some earthy pungency. The in-mouth taste of the light bodied liquid is autumn leaves, berries, maltiness, nuttiness. End taste becomes lemon citric. Mouthfeel is light and slightly oily. Refreshing and pleasant.
