Draft: Immensely dark brown with a thick brown head. Nose is ripe with bourbon and nothing else. Creamy mouthful eases off the bourbon a bit; some of the chocolate and roastiness comes though. Still plenty of the bourbon shines through. Detracts from the brew, imho.

Sample at the brewery. Solid black, foamy brown head. Aroma of mild borbon, fruit and caramel. Taste is sweet dark fruit, smooth buttery caramel.
