COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A wonderful interpretation of this classic English style, our Head Plant Pale Ale has a beautiful light copper color yet maintains a full bodied, complex character. Brewed with 100% Crisp English malts, it has a malty profile and just enought lightly floral hops for balancing, making it a great session beer to sample again and again.

Sample at the brewery. Mostly clear pale gold, foamy beige head. Aroma of nut, husky grain, mild hops, a little vegetal- thought it a bit odd. Taste was full of toffee and nuttiness. Very English tasting. Medium body, smooth carbonation.

Draft at the brewpub and other assorted tap locations around town. Muted hay and grassy hop aroma. Flavor is much of the same. Good session beer but unfortunatley nothing exceptional happening here. Rounded out well with a slight caramel malt body.

Draft @ the Brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty and weak hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus finish.

Darker gold pour with nice white head. Citrus and floral nose. Hops are the first thing you taste, then the malt character takes over. Medium body with a slightly chaulky finish.
