COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest offering is clean and crisp with modest bitterness and aroma. Golden in color and balanced with a bit of sweetness from our imported English malts, this is a great beer for all to appreciate.

Bottle: Gusher, no make that a major gusher. Enormous fluffy white head atop a cloudy golden bottle. Somewhat grassey and floral, but also a tad soapy. Mildy sweet and no real bitters to speak of. Didn’t find this to be enjoyable at all.

Pours a cloudy gold, with too much white head. Aroma is fine, slight hops, with a hint of sweetness. Taste is of mellow hops, fairly clean, with a hint of bite. Not all that drinkable or smooth. Can’t really say I’ll have this one again. Alcohol is 4.5%, and the bottle I had is dated 5/06/11.

Bottle. This was the most ridiculous out-of-control beergasm of a pour that I’ve had in a while. It was like a science experiment from elementary school. It had to be poured in tiny increments, and took so frigging long that Parksy and I literally had to have a beer while we waited for this to settle. So was it worth the wait? Not really. Yeasty and dull in the end. I bought this in a fucking gas station on the Reservation in Browning...what did I expect?

Taster at the brewpub. Light golden color with some decent hops which were a little unexpected considering the style but a pleasant surprise. Otherwise tasty grain flavor and a pleasant drink. Slight toasty bread malt flavor.

Draft @ the Brewpub. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a malty grainy hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy hoppy flavor. Has a crisp sweetish malty grainy hoppy finish.

Sample at the brewery. Mostly clear yellow/gold, frothy beige head. Aroma of banana, grass, bready malt, fruit. Tasts has some earthy bitterness with some yeast funk and a dry bitter finish. Medium body, smooth carbonation.

Tap at the Old Faithful Snow Lodge bar in Yellowstone. This was the first hops I’d tasted in nearly a week, so it was quite lovely. Mellow citrus, grassiness, with fresh unripe veggies in the flavor. Slick and prickly mouthfeel. Perfect American blonde ale.
