Pint at the brewpub. Looks pretty clear gold with a small white head. This is a straightforward take on a pilsner. It’s balanced with a very doughy malt character. Notes of corn husks and cereal come through. It’s lightly hopped, just some noble hop bitterness for balance. Finishes sharp and medium dry. Decent.

Sample at the brewpub. Champagne effervescence adds some texture and a little bit of entertainment to an otherwise boring style. Very light y ellow color with a nice grainy malt presence and long lasting grassy hop finish.
