COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Starting with Castle Pils, the finest Belgian malt available, we complete the grain bill with nearly 50% unmalted white wheat and just a touch of oats for a mouthfeel that is substantial and silky smooth. Liberal doses of coriander, Curacao and sweet orange peels add a pleasant citrus/herbal character to the aroma and flavor. We brought in a special Belgian yeast most notable for producing a tart complexity to create a slight sweet-sour flavor. Garnished with a slice of blood orange for an equally unique presentation.

Sample at the brewery. Completely hazy flourescent pale yellow if that even makes sense, creamy white head. Aroma is very fruity like froot loops or something. Lots of sweetness and spice. Taste is somewhat mild with grain and spice/fruit. Light body, soft carbonation.

Brought back from Toby’s great Montana Growler round up. Pours out a pale straw topped with a small head. Aroma was of citrus orange and lemon along with a little spice. Taste was much of the same the classic Witbier. citrus and a little spice. All we needed is a slice of orange. J/K ditmier

Growler - Thanks Toby! - First rating for this?...Pours neon yellow with a small white head...aroma is a bit musty, spicy yeast, lemon and orange zest...flavour is much more put together, a nicely balanced blend of fruit, dough and spice, cinnamon, clove and coriander...very refreshing wit with a nicely tart finish, slap youself if you put fruit in it...
