COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our American India Pale Ale uses bountiful amounts of American two row malted barley and a sprinkle of Maris Otter in combination with three bold whole cone American hops. The hops are individually transitioned throughout the boil to highlight each hop’s bittering and flavoring characteristics. Post-fermentation, 667 is dry hopped with vast amounts of the same three hops. The beer is named after a phrase someone scrawled into the wall of our favorite college watering hole.

On tap World of Beer Arlington. Aroma is quite citric, but the flavor is malty and chewy caramel but gives way to bright citrus hops. Resinous finish. Solid effort.

Aroma was a faint citrus and pine hoppiness. Caramel color with a medium weight and good carbonation. Flavors had a slight biscuit background with a sharp hop bite throughout. Clever name.

Pours with a slightly hazy orange gold color with white head. Pine, citrus, oranges and tangerines, with just a little grass on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied and smooth. Finishes with citrus and floral notes.

This ipa has a great color and aroma, the right balance of hops does not overpower it. I felt it was one of the best IPAs I have had in a long time.

On tap - dark orange with rows of sticky lacing. Hoppy nose and a citrus hop taste. Has a dry grapefruit rind finish. Medium body. Good!

Pint at home from a growler. Pours hazy copper, light white head. Aroma is faint citrus, grapefruit peel. Not much here. Taste is more malty and biscuity than hoppy. A bit of citrusy hops. Medium body, medium carb. It’s ok, not a super IPA.
