3/24/2014. Amber color with a white head. From bottle. malty and nutty aromas with light fruit. Doesn’t offer much in terms of complexity. Drink it for what it is.

nellycale (190) - Caledonia, Minnesota, USA - SEP 6, 2013
From bottle. Pours a clean caramel, brown color with a modest dirty white head. Aroma is a bit nutty, metallic and late toasted notes sneak in. Flavor tastes like your drinking liquid walnuts/pecans with metallic notes late. Body is fizzy with a light body. Overall it’s a bit too one dimensional with a slight metallic character that carries on well after the brew is swallowed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pershing (477) - Garland, Texas, USA - JUL 26, 2013
Clear dark amber with a small head that fades quickly. Slightly sweet malt aroma. Has a metallic taste that is thin and watery. Finishes a little sweet as it warms. A Bock for the masses. Not bad but not good either.

More orange than red in color with a thin white head. Very faint malty aroma with hints of sweetness. The flavor is the same. Very watery and faint with not much to it. The aftertaste is a very slight hint of hops and malt. Not that impressive
