[At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] A pale yellow beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sour from the use of brewing cereal. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of corn, and with a dry end.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours pale yellow with lacing white head. Sweet cornish aroma, dry. Thin flavour, slight cornish flavour with little sweetness. Watery finish.

Bottled. Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is not much, slight hops can be found. Flavour is quite the same, nothing much. How do the US big brewers do these beers that don’t taste like anything almost? I still rather drink these than Plae Lagers that are destroyed with harsh hops and horrible malts.
