A very simple uncomplicated brew with hints of corn. Very refreshing served ice-cold on a hot day. It beats Bud by a mile and the price is right.

Has a crips taste with a nice after bite. Good paired with some texmex. I wouldn't got to the store and pick it up but of I'm out getting some food I'll have a glass - time for a fresh beer

Bottle (Peckhams Glasgow):
Basic to say the least and almost water like in smell. There is some light corn, a touch of grassy hops and some other adjuncts but anything stronger would have been a positive.
Clear with a golden to straw yellow colour and a creamy looking, part bubbly white head that has good retention.
Very light with some sweetness and grassy hops but both are faint and isolated. Some other non-de script adjuncts are present.
Smooth but very thin in body with a watery feel to it. There is some sweetness that lingers but not much else worth commenting on.

Very basic, not very adventurous pale lager that I could easily have done without. It was lacking in both smell and taste and did little to indicate it wasn’t just a bottle of water I was drinking.

Tall boy can at diesel. Smells like nothing because it’s served in the can. Tastes like a slightly less flavorful version of PBR- could be the fact that it’s fridge temp. Nothing really worth noting here; drink PBR, think about Texas, and you’ve pretty much got it.

33cl bottle thanks to Dutchdrebus @ Queens Day Tasting ’12. Clear orange to golden color, no head, no lacing. Smells moderately malty, grains, straw, corn and moderately yeasty. Taste malts, hints of bitter, lightly sweet. Short, lightly sticky, slightly sweet, slightly bitter finish. Low body, a bit dry texture, low carbonation.

Better than average bad beer. Typical weak lager to please the masses. Boring, but safe.

16oz can poured into a shaker. Pours a clear pale yellow with about a half finger of white head. Light aroma of hops and malt. Taste is light sweet. Not much going on here for aroma or flavor. Medium bodied with a somewhat thick texture. Lively carbonation but not much of a finish. Overall, really not that bad. I’d take it over BMC any day.

Picked up a 12 pack at the store in Big Bend National Park and put them on ice. After a day of hiking, the appearance of one of the bottles in my hand was an easy 5. The taste was very similar to carbonated beer.

From bottle and too cold. Tasted quite bitter and somewhat high carbonated. Too bad I could not poor in glass.
