COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Peace is a dangerous thing. Peacemaker is a west coast style American Pale Ale that uses several hop varieties to produce a unique and bountiful hop aroma with balanced bitterness. A special blend of American and European malts make this a very well rounded, characterful beer.

12 oz bottle. (World Market) Chattanooga, TN.
Clear deep golden colour with a small white head. Sweet fruity and piney hops, mild bitterness and sweet maltiness in the aroma. The flavour is fruity sweetness, toffee, caramel malt and some mild bitterness. Very sweet. Low carbonation.

Serving: Bottle. Medium amber color with a lasting white head. The nose is maltier than I was expecting. A little grain and citrus as well. There is a light sweetness from start to finish with just a little bitterness. Light cereal grains, citrus, toasted malt, maybe a touch of earth. I wouldn’t call it west coast, but it’s not bad.

Pours from 12oz. can a golden amber, with a large off white head. The aroma is of faint grapefruit citrus hops, grassy with some moderately sweet pale malt. Flavour is average at best, malt (bread, meal, cereal), heavy hops (floral, citrus, grassy),with notes of peach and pineapple. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation with a dry, but yet sticky finish.

Drank from the bottle. Aroma is citrus, malt, and light caramel. Taste is sweet on the tongue with the focus on the citrus and the tropical fruit flavors. The bitterness does not hit this beer like a normal pale but still finishes dry with almost no aftertaste. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle. Alright...another pale ale. Gold color, medium head. Aroma and taste is the usual hoppy bitterness.

On draft at the brewery last June. Clear amber pour with a slight off white head. Tropical hop nose. Nice taste, solid honeydew hop and citrus bitter finish. Still a little sweet in the finish.

A pretty decent pale ale. Light grassy hoppiness, some earthy sweetness. Tried at the DC Drink the District Derby Days with Matt and Justin.

Clear deep gold body with a tall off-white head. Light malt and hop aroma. The flavor is a bit on the sweet side for what I like in an American Pale Ale. This could also pass for an Amber Ale..

Draft at Beer and Bacon. Pours clear copper with a fizzy off white head. Tastes like sweet, nutty malt, grains. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet, musky grains, light corn.
