SetauketBrewer (46) - New York, USA - APR 8, 2014
Very hazy orange pour with minimal head to it. Slightly sour smell, a little on the astringent side. Aromas of corriander and lemon drift through the sour. Belgian orange in flavor, with hints of lemon. Tastes like it is staring to sour now after two years in bottle. Would probably be good for sour lovers. A little thick on the palate.

murky golden tea, tepid with no head. Murky lactic grain and melon rind freshness rule nose, light honey and all spice. Soapy flavor has a whack of vitamin c, herbaceous with pine and grains. Lotion with warmth. All over, not a fan of slick palate.

750mL c&c. Pours a low haze gold with weak foam. Nose is really spot on blond Biere de Garde with honey dough, sweet malt showcase, mild candi sugar, no esters. Taste is malty, lemon, Biere de Garde grain heavy all the way. Palate is bitter, balanced, mild lemon acid, some odd mint chewing gum.

750ml bottle poured a light hazy amber color with aromas of light grains, some citrus peel, light funk and a touch of pepper. Flavors are the same with a light dry finish. The light citrus paired well with the funk and pepper. A nice and easy drinking beer.
