750 ml bottle. I’ve never heard of anyone pairing root beer and honey in a mead before, so I had to try it. Pours a clear light brown with no head. This is a still mead. The aroma was root beer and oddly enough coffee. Not unpleasant, in fact I liked it, but definitely unexpected. The flavor is root beer up front followed by honey. The two flavors never come together at all. Rather, they remain completely separate components all the way to the end of the glass. Light bodied and a bit watery. In then end, I’d have to say I wasn’t crazy about this one.
