COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
A strong, complex IPA. Bronze in colour with a fruity nose and full round flavours. The perfect balance between malt and hops.

A golden-copper coloured ale, with a small frothy head as well as a sweet aroma.

Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Amber with an off white foam. Aromas are toffee and weetabix with earthy hops and autumnal pear. Some raisins with soft spices. Flavours are malty with dry, black tea and hints of blackberry. Earthy and dry to finish. Not bad.

Cask (handpump) at the Kean’s Head, Nottingham on 13 July 2012. Orangey colour. Clear with a thin white head. A little bit of sweetness on the palate. Mainly fruity throughout. Not really enough hop presence to justify the IPA moniker. Pleasant enough though.
