COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This full bodied amber ale is modeled after the "altbiers" of Dusseldorf, Germany. Our top fermenting yeast and cold finishing temperature result in a complex, yet clean, full flavor.

Long Trail event at the Golden Rail. Pours a light amber with a thin white head. Light malt aromas. Medium body with malt and a touch of alcohol coming through. Little bit of sweetness before a light bitter finish.

12 oz. bottle. Copper colored beer with a creamy head which leaves minimal lacing. Aroma is very mild and somewhat hard to decipher, but presence of malt and hops can be picked up. Body is nice. Not too thick and certainly not watery. Nicely carbonated. Taste is much like the aroma; notes of malts and hops. Nice finish. This is a long-time staple in my fridge. One of my favorite beers.

Bottle thanks to MrBunn. Coppery pour with a foamy head. Malty aroma with hints of fruit. Rather citrusy flavor though somewhat watered down. Decent hot weather beer.

Haven’t had one of these in quite a while. Minimal head, but lots of bubbles. Not nearly as bitter as I remember, almost a bit watery, but drinkable. Tastes good and will go well with my pizza, I believe.

Bottle thanks to mar. Pours a nice, clear, light amber with off-white head. Aroma has some sweetness, a little fruit. Flavor has some malt, fruity notes, some sweetness. Mouth feel is kinda watery, light-medium body, medium-high carbonation. Overall, it’s not bad....

Bottle thanks to mar. I can’t hardly read what I wrote on this beer. Taste is biscuits, malt, roast, and earthiness. Did not realize this was an alt.
