Commercial Description:
This full bodied amber ale is modeled after the "altbiers" of Dusseldorf, Germany. Our top fermenting yeast and cold finishing temperature result in a complex, yet clean, full flavor.

Haven’t had one of these in quite a while. Minimal head, but lots of bubbles. Not nearly as bitter as I remember, almost a bit watery, but drinkable. Tastes good and will go well with my pizza, I believe.

Rich amber color; Light to medium body; Aroma of malt & some spice; Flavor of sweet malt, light caramel, hops, and some grain; Finish is dry; A little on the light side for me; Not as good as their Double Bag.

Poured from a 12oz bottle. It had a copper color with little to no carbonation. The head was really thin. It had a smell of yeast and malt and a slight bread aroma. The taste was crisp with a quick finish. I thought this beer had no bite or body to it. But not a bad beer to have more then a few.

Body is a rusty amber with a light white head. Aroma has strong floral notes with a grassy character. Body is a little light and has a slightly grassy flavor with some notes of pine. A little watery. Flavor fades out rather quickly. Refreshing, but flavors leave a bit to be desired after such a nice aroma.

Session!!! Clear deep golden color. Aroma is of hops, malts, and a little earthiness. Flavors include hops, malts, coriander, and yeast. Has a nice crisp slightly hoppy aftertaste. Nice and simple.

Bottle. Copper with small, foamy white head. Aroma is earthy with pine/cedar, and toffee. Flavors of pine, toffee, and apricot. Light/medium body, oily mouthfeel with average carbonation. Malt sweetness fades into hop bitterness in an interesting fashion. Dry finish. It got style.
