COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This brew combines 2-Row Pilsen malt, a hint of Crystal malt, and of course, plenty of malted wheat. A hint of blackberry at the finish makes this beer a real thirst quencher! For the health conscious, Blackbeary Wheat has less than 6 grams of carbs and under 125 calories per bottle!

Again as with most Longtrail brews. There jusy ok. Nothing memorable. I will say this the blackberry did taste real and not synthetic. Some bready notes, but thin and eh.

Got the chance to try this in Boston at the ACBF. It was refreshing and a good palate cleanser. It had light foam and and simple palate. It would be great for a brunch or hot summer day.

Golden colour, thin head. Has a funny artificial blackberry aroma. Kind of a fake taste. Sweet, not dry, not refreshing and ultimately not such a well-made fruit beer.

Bottle from marsonthemoon. Glassy clear. Yellow and pissy with rising bubbles. Terrible aroma of fake berry, no fruit. Aspartame sucralose awful artificial no distinct berry flavors no better than candy or five hour energy. Finishes dry though, but has no body. Lame-o. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Clear yellow color, small white edge head. Aroma of moldy blueberries. Taste is bitter lager with blueberry juice added. Not a good combo.

Clear yellow with tiny head. Aroma is pretty much berries. Light body with some carbonation. Flavor is sort of a mess, it’s not overly sweet which is nice, but the non-descript fruit and ill-defined grain flavors are not really working.

Long Island, NY - 12 oz. bottle poured a clear golden color with minimal head an absolutely no lacing. Aroma was of blackberries or I would say berries in general and that's about it. As for taste there is not much to say, this beer was extremely disappointing and I would rate many lagers much higher than this utter garbage ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 ounce bottle pours a hazy yellow color, aromas of light wheat and berry syrup. Flavor is light wheat and berries. This could be a great summer brew down in Florida, just can’t fully enjoy it in Vermont this time of year.

I would classify this brew as an excellent summer fun beer that is light and easy to drink. Appearance is unlike what you would think, as it is a clear very light golden color like you would typically see with a light beer. There is good carbonation and a minimal head when poured. The tatste has subtle blackberry sour notes. The aroma reminds me of hay and old grass. Overall, I would consider this to be a excellent beer to have in lieu of the mass produced easy drinking domestic beers.

On tap at Bentley’s restaurant in Woodstock. The color is a hazy blond with a thin beige head. The aroma is light of wheat and malt. The taste is very refreshing with malt wheat fruist and hops. This is a good summer beer.
