COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This brew combines 2-Row Pilsen malt, a hint of Crystal malt, and of course, plenty of malted wheat. A hint of blackberry at the finish makes this beer a real thirst quencher! For the health conscious, Blackbeary Wheat has less than 6 grams of carbs and under 125 calories per bottle!

355 ml bottle from a mixed sixer given to me by my dad. pours pale yellow with a quick white head. aromas are berryish with a touch of grain. the flavour is blackberry based with some american wheat ale aspects. this one is very thin and lacking any sort of memorable qualities. it might be ok as a summer thirst quensher but it did nothing for me tonight.

Draft. Not a fruity wheat fan but impressed with this beer. Blackberry at the first, finishes with a nice wheat flavor. Very light. Crisp. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap. Blackberry aroma w some grassy undertones. Light beer that tastes like it smells. Not v much like a wheat. Not too sweet. Ok but not something to drink too much of ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours clear, light yellow, thin white head. Aroma is dominated by the berries. Medium sweet taste. Thin body, high carbonation, a bit of a funky tart finish. Would not recommend.

12oz bottle. Pours a pale, light straw color with thin fizzy head. Aromas of wheat and berries. Taste has just a touch of wheat, with artificial black berry flavor.

Pours completely transparent gold with a very fleeting white head. Minimal lacing. The aroma is faint wheat with a subtle hint of blackberry. The taste leaves a lot to be desired. It is certainly not unpleasant, but there is almost nothing noteworthy going on. The blackberry taste certainly tastes like an extract, not real fruit, and there are some slight chemical flavors present. It tastes as though a bottle of blackberry extra got added to a keg of a "lite beer." I won’t be trying this again.

Tastes like a decent amount of additives in this beer but not that bad for a fruit beer.

Sort of a neon-yellow but the clarity is clear. The white head disappears. Poppy and tart with the blackberry. The only thing is it taste like an additive rather than mellowed into the beer. But overall decent fruit beer.

Bottle. Light gold pour with minimal head. Wheat, floral, oily and soft on the nose, and blackberry. I like the aroma. The taste is light with a nice berry finish.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2013 Ok but I wouldn’t drink it very often. Best on hot days. If I get it in a variety pack I usually give it to my girlfriend.
