1 PT 6oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy honey colour with a thin creme coloured head. Aroma is grapefruit, pineapple, alcohol, tropical fruit, golden syrup, and some mineral/hard water notes. The taste is forward with tropical fruit, and grapefruit followed by alcohol, faint graphite, some excellent sweetness underneath, and finally some malt in the finish. I totally bought this on impulse, and I’m glad I did. Excellent. 8.6%. Danger beer.

Smells sweet with a nice caramel aroma. Bright and cloudy in appearance. Has a bitter bite to start and evens out. Hangs on a palate in a good way. A bit of alc bite

On tap at the 20th Vermont Brewers Festival. Strong amber with a billowy white head. Grains, citrus. nice malt backbone, resin, surprised by a bit of kiwi, grapefruit, peach, lemon zest, bit of alcohol. Moderate to high carbonation, moderate body, bitter, bit bready, astringent, becomes dry and more alcohol.

Bomber. Pretty orange color, oily, fine low head. Nose of orange, tropical fruit, pineapple, honey, crackers. Sweet flavor, honey, sweet orange or mandarin, tropical fruit, syrup. Nice bitterness—not huge. Alcohol comes through a bit too much. Good, fruity, tropical, sweet IPA.

Bomber. Thanks to Chris H. Nice balanced aroma with prominent peach notes. Gold, good head, very thick lacing. A springy syrupy sweetness; mid palate has very noticeable alcohol warmth; sharp, tangy aftertaste, and then a mildly bitter finish. Medium body. Quite tasty, but the alc. heat is a bit much.

Bottle from Whole Foods Foggy Bottom, DC. This DIPA had a really nice citrus and floral hop presence. It had a filtered clear pour and a slight alcohol aftertaste lurking in the background. All in all, though, an exceptional pour that I really enjoyed.
