Unclear medium yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, leather - brett. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, brett, leather. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120202]

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, brettanomyces, and malt, leading to a dry fruity finish.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and with a distinct note of brett. Dry and brett to smooth peachy flavoured. Bitter, brett leathery and peachy into the finish.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of Skyview. Pours a cloudy golden with a dense and lively white head leaving quite some lacework. Dry, Bretty nose topping the hops. Medium body, some sweet fruit, heavy dry Brett - we’re talking Orval territory here! Dry, and bitter finish. It’s not a bad infection, but it kinda spoils the original style. 020212

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy amber coloured with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of peaches, brett, hops and grass. Fruity flavour of brett, hops, peaches and grass. Hoppy and bretty finish.

Draft @ Max’s Taphouse, Baltimore, MD. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter piney grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

Cloudy blond color. Good hoppy aroma, resiny. The hop flavor instead is grassy, earthy; the hop covers some dry malt flavor. Interesting.

Bottle. Mild caramelly aroma. Cloudy dark orange colour. Small stable tan head. Good grapefruity flavour. Medium bitterness, clean and refreshing. Very well-balanced.

Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are brett, flowers, hops, caramel, citrus, pine and malt. Nice combination of brett and dipa.
