From a bottle. Pours hazy medium reddish brown with a thin fizzy head. Tastes like pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg, slightly sour. Not too spiced and not very sweet. Low/medium body and carbonation. Smells like squash vegetables, spices, and alcohol.

Moderate pumpkin with a light spice and malt later in the aroma. Cloudy orange color with a medium white head. Sweet and pumpkin beginning with a light bitter finish. Nice mellower pumpkin beer.

Medium bodied dark amber Pumpkin Ale with plenty o’ pumpkin aroma and body. Spices are part of the make-up, however, not overbearing. When I read it was an English Strong Ale style it all made sense. Bitterness is evident but not the center of attention. Well done offering from Long Trail. I have been impressed with the Brewmaster Series and at only $5 a bomber a welcome bargain.

22oz. bottle: This one pours a clear, orangish-amber color. There was almost no head on it, and no lacing. The aroma is decent, and expected. Pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg are the dominant ones. Not overdone, but they mask anything else. The taste is pretty good. Nicely balanced between the hops and malts. A touch of pumpkin, the pumpkin pie spices, and a hint of bitterness. A nice fall beer!

Reddish brown maple syrup color with a bit of oof-white head. Aroma and taste are tuned down imperial pumpkin, but still pretty textbook. $5.5/22

Bottle with Pedro. Pours a clean dark amber with fluffy beige head and lacing. Aroma is pumpkin spice - cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and some pumpkin. Taste is pumpkin, cloves, nutmeg, with a sweet banana finish and a little bitterness.

fresh bottle pours a murky medium amber with a off white head that dissipates. nose of allspice and nutmeg taste is muddled with more spice and a dull earthiness. body is medium and lingers with dryness.

Alcohol and bitterness was overpowering at the start. Once the beer warms a little it smoothed out. Typical pumpkin were taste.

Draft at Eulogy. Clear red brown with a foamy white head. Aroma is of sweet pumpkin, but first taste brought some unexpected bitterness. Pumpkin spice. Additional red fruits from the malt but quite a lot of bitter finish from the hops. Dark syrupy notes. Gentle dark sugar pumpkin with a big hop punch. Mixed feelings. Well blended, but not really to my taste.
