Puts dark amber and cloudy. The pumpkin and spice are their bit not overpowering. Nicely done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Orange brown pour with tan head. Cinnamon, nutmeg and some pumpkin aromas. Flavors follow, not all that vibrant.

Pours deep copper with a subtle off-white gently head. Head fades to a minor ring with light lacing. Sweet pumpkin notes lead the nose with hints of nutmeg. Drinks with a moderate bitterness that is almost balanced with the spiced pumpkin. Medium-body with high carbonation. Not overly sweet like other pumpkin ales but not on the level of Pumking or Punkin. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Moderate pumpkin with a light spice and malt later in the aroma. Cloudy orange color with a medium white head. Sweet and pumpkin beginning with a light bitter finish. Nice mellower pumpkin beer.

22 oz bottle. Pours orange/amber with a one finger off white head that settles down to a thin ring. Aroma is light spices, mostly nutmeg and cinnamon. Flavor is semi sweet. A little light pumpkin flavor with the aforementioned spices. It is a bit boozy at 8%. Medium bodied with a nice smooth mouthfeel. Nice job.

Bomber from Oak Tree, S. Plainfield. Pours a hazy amber color with a large creamy tan head. Poor head retention but nice lacing. Aroma of big pumpkin notes, spice, squash, faint herbal and malty notes. The taste is pumpkin, spices, herbal and nutty notes and a tart finish. Medium bodied. Solid.

Poured this beer from a large bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a rusty copper/dark-amber color with a good bit of sediment at the bottom, and an average-sized, tan head that had good lacing, but average retention and cling. The aroma featured a big blend of spices, including brown sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon, along with notes of pumpkin, caramel, and cloves to go with a light pine hops effect. It had a good, sweet taste with a somewhat bitter spice, paired with tones of pumpkin, nutmeg, and candy, and also had a slight sour effect. It had a thick mouthfeel, but gave way to a thinner finish which was a bit harsh; the beer had good life and carbonation and was quite dry.

Lightly hazy orangish/amber pour, big fluffy head. Aroma of spices, pumpkin pie, toffee. Sweet and spicy with lots of pumpkin pie notes. Pretty decent pumpkin beer.

(Bottle). The aroma is abundantly spiced with note of alcohol. The flavor is overwhelmed by the spices instead of pumpkin. The alcohol is warming and nice for a cool fall day. The Long Trail Brewmaster series has been very impressive but this one falls a little short. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
