Whitish body with a decent sized foamy head. This is a unique wit in that it has above-average mouthfeel but solely the sweet-spicey orange peel comes through over the wit. The corriander is much. Not that drinkable.

Hazy pale golden pour with a thick sticky white head. The nose is very lemony and citrusy and almost heads into soapy territory. Herbal and lightly fruity with a bit of soft toasty contribution as well. As it warms up it takes on a nice bright fruity nose and a bit of fresh wheaty maltiness as well. Juicy fruit with a kiss of herbal character on the back. Pretty unique wit beer actually. Iím not sure if I really like it, but I could see how someone else might.

Draft at Craft. Pours hazy gold even toward margarita greenish with white head. Nose is limey citrus, coriander and spice, banana, bubblegum. Tastes limey, citric, with brown sugary clovey banana, and a crisp, decently balanced finish. Solid. In fact, I dare say a top notch wit.

My Bottom Line:
Loads of orange peel, ginger and flower petals create a buoyant perfume to grace this softly carbonated and highly drinkable Imperial Witbier.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam crowns the cloudy yellow.
-Wheat appears in the end, but rather shyly.
-Iím not sure the higher alcohol is necessary for such a refreshing flavor profile.
-The pot-pourri intensity might be offputting to those who donít like citrusy and perfumy aromas.

Bottle.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks David Cohen. Slightly hazy golden. Floral spicy aroma, a bit soapy, with oranges, mint, coriander, ginger and wheat. Minty flavor with yeast, grains, citrus (lemon and orange), spices and alcohol. Medium-bodied. Reminds me of Christmas and Halloween beers. Not my thing.
